Here at JaminThompson.com we're heavily invested in making sure our members get the support they need in order to take advantage of the awesome feature set and tools we have created for you.  We want you to get the most value out of your membership as possible and that means creating a great user experience, and being there for our members when they have questions or issues. There are several ways to get support:

Knowledge Base

We've put together an extensive Knowledgebase that covers topics to help you get started, figure out how to use the member’s area, how to navigate the website, and how to troubleshoot technical issues if they arise. Most of the time if you have questions or need help the Knowledge Base should be able to point you in the right direction.

Current Members

If you've registered and have an active membership, you should have a username and password that will allow you to submit a support ticket at any time from our Support Request page. When you submit a support ticket you can expect a response within 1-2 business days. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday US Pacific Timezone.
